ETEC welcomes Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) as a new member.

CEC is a multi-disciplinary engineering environmental consulting firm established in 1989 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with the Knoxville/Sevierville operations opening in 2014. They provide services in the following areas: air quality, civil engineering, cultural resources, ecological sciences, environmental engineering and sciences, manufacturing infrastructure, structural engineering, surveying, waste management, and water resources. The disciplines work in a highly collaborative atmosphere leading to better-integrated solutions and more seamless project delivery for clients.
