Membership Invoicing is Changing
|
We are updating our accounting system and transitioning from a quarterly to a calendar-year billing cycle for memberships. Members who are normally billed on April 1 will receive a pro-rated invoice covering April 1–December 31 (9 months) this year. Members typically billed in July or December will also receive pro-rated invoices as part of this transition.
Beginning in January 2027, all memberships will renew on a standard calendar-year schedule. Please contact Melodie if you have any questions.
