Did You Know?

 

The Internships in Industry (I-3) Initiative is a partnership led by ETEC, in collaboration with the Anderson County and Oak Ridge Chambers of Commerce, connecting classrooms to real-world experience through school supervised internships.

 

Oak Ridge High School has an immediate to place three students in office-based internships. These students have an interest in business and taken classes in the Business Academy including Accounting, Intro to Business and Marketing, Marketing and Management, and Virtual Enterprise International (where the students run a virtual business). They are interested in business careers and can support data entry, filing, administrative tasks, and other projects through the end of the school year in May.
