2026 Oak Ridge Procurement Fair

May 5, 2026 | Y-12's New Hope Center

Hosted by the Oak Ridge Chamber, TSBDC, UT’s APEX Accelerator, and ETEC, this is a one-stop shop for small businesses interested in doing business with prime contractors such as ORNL, CNS Y-12, and UCOR.

Attendees will gain insights into contracting opportunities with federal and prime contractors, hear about forecasted projects, connect with decision-makers and technical assistance providers, and learn about access to capital.

Begin the day with ORCC's Coffee & Commerce, then visit the exhibit tables with participating contractors, and participate in one-on-one matchmaking appointments, which were fully booked last year.

Keep In Mind

Membership Invoicing is Changing

We are updating our accounting system and transitioning from a quarterly to a calendar-year billing cycle for memberships. Members who are normally billed on April 1 will receive a pro-rated invoice covering April 1–December 31 (9 months) this year. Members typically billed in July or December will also receive pro-rated invoices as part of this transition.

Beginning in January 2027, all memberships will renew on a standard calendar-year schedule. Please contact Melodie if you have any questions.
