2026 Oak Ridge Procurement Fair

You are invited to be a part of the 2026 Oak Ridge Procurement Fair, organized by the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce and hosted in partnership with ETEC, TSBDC, and UT’s APEX Accelerator.

This one-stop event connects small businesses with prime contractors, offering insights into upcoming projects, contracting opportunities, access to capital, and direct connections with decision-makers and resource providers. 

Designed to foster meaningful relationships and create pathways to opportunity, the conference brings together industry partners, resource providers, and decision-makers all in one place. Attendees will gain valuable insights into contracting opportunities with federal and prime contractors, hear about forecasted projects, connect directly with decision-makers and technical assistance providers, and learn about access to capital.

The day will begin at 8:00 a.m. with Coffee & Commerce at the New Hope Center, where you can hear from the breakfast sponsor, OKLO, and learn how TSBDC and APEX can further assist you.

In addition to a full morning of exhibit tables with participating contractors, we are also excited to continue offering one-on-one matchmaking appointments, which were fully booked last year. If you are seeking a follow-up conversation, a second chance, or were not quite ready to participate last year, we encourage you to complete the additional form found here or within your confirmation email.
