Now in its 80th year, Methodist serves a population of approximately 200,000 citizens.

Originally from Oak Ridge, Biggs earned a master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
