Larry B. Cutlip is Senior Vice President, Field Operations for Centrus Energy Corp. and President of Centrus’ wholly owned subsidiary American Centrifuge Operating, LLC. He leads the company’s activities at the Oak Ridge TN and Piketon OH sites and is charged with transforming field operations from a unilateral focus on the American Centrifuge to a multi-functional organization strategically focused on securing Centrus’ position in the nuclear industry.

Mr. Cutlip has more than 40 years of nuclear industry experience including senior roles in plant operations, manufacturing, technology development and project management.

Mr. Cutlip has a strong history of leading successful programs for the company including the current HALEU Operations program, the recently completed HALEU Demonstration program, establishing the manufacturing base for the American Centrifuge Program, successfully completing the Cold Standby, GCEP Cleanup and Technetium Cleanup programs at the Piketon site and establishing transfer and shipping capabilities at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant.  He has received numerous corporate awards for these efforts.

Most recently, Mr. Cutlip, lead the technology development, manufacturing and testing activities at the Oak Ridge site and served as the VP, American Centrifuge.

Mr. Cutlip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and mathematics from Muskingum College.  He completed Advanced Management Training School as well as numerous other technical and management training programs.
