Description

You're invited to join ETEC members at the Zeanah Engineering Complex on the UTK campus for a fun Pre-Game Power Up tailgate before the Tennessee vs. Kentucky football game on Saturday, November 2. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.**

• Saturday, November 2, 2024
• 3:00pm to 30 minutes before kickoff, approximately 7:00pm
• 4th Floor, Zeanah Engineering Complex
• Food & drinks will be provided

Pre-registration is required and at least 1 attendee in your party must be on the list in order to have access to the building on game day. Registration will be open until noon on Friday, November 1, 2024.

** All ages are welcome but attendees must be age 21 and show a valid government issued I.D. to be served alcohol.

Paid Parking

Paid public parking on campus along Volunteer Boulevard West between Todd Helton Drive and Cumberland Avenue. The mobile-pay spots will cost $50.

Shuttles from parking lots to stadium area begin three (3) hours prior to kickoff.

• Stephenson Drive (SDMH and Lot 14) - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
• Kingston Pike Bldg (KPB40) - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
• Ag Campus (AG) - Board buses on Joe Johnson, next to the CVM Teaching and Learning Center; unload and pick up at Circle Park
• Accessible/Lift Shuttle - Board at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Drive; unload and pick up from the Student Union Loading Dock

Shuttles begin returning to parking areas with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter until approximately one hour post-game. 

Pregame Road Closures

Starting at 7 AM, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from G-10 Garage to Cumberland Avenue.
Four (4) hours before kickoff, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from G-10 Garage to Cumberland Avenue.

• G10T permit holders arriving after the road closure will be redirected to another lot at the discretion of gameday management.

Traffic Flow

Due to the Vol Walk and the band march, Volunteer Boulevard from east Andy Holt Avenue to Pat Head Summitt Street to Lake Loudoun Boulevard is closed to vehicular traffic for approximately 30 minutes beginning five minutes before the scheduled start time for the Vol Walk. Parking permit holders for lots in this area should arrive two hours prior to kick-off in order to avoid traffic and pedestrian congestion.

Three (3) hours before kickoff, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from Middle Way Drive to Cumberland Avenue. Due to student gate staging, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed to all vehicle traffic (including no turns from Lake Loudoun Blvd. onto Phillip Fulmer Way).
