ETEC members meet each Friday morning from 7:30am-8:30am. This meeting is open to all members and their guests.

We welcome our members and their guests to attend the ETEC meetings in person. It is the best way to connect, or re-connect, with friends, colleagues, and potential business opportunities. 

Join us at ETEC in person on Friday, March 1, for a discussion with U.S. Department of Labor Assistant Secretary for Policy, Rajesh D. Nayak, facilitated by Oak Ridge High School students. Raj will join us virtually to engage with the students and audience to answer key questions and get feedback about current and future workforce -related issues in the United States. His bio is below.

This meeting is open for both in-person and virtual attendees who are ETEC members and their guests.

Rajesh (Raj) D. Nayak
Assistant Secretary for Policy
U.S. Department of Labor

Rajesh D. Nayak is the Assistant Secretary for Policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy (OASP) at the United States Department of Labor. Raj previously served in a range of senior roles at the Department during the Obama-Biden Administration, including as the Secretary’s Deputy Chief of Staff, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy, and Senior Counsel to the Solicitor. Outside of government, Raj has worked in nonprofit organizations both as an attorney and a senior leader, as a Fellow at the Labor & Worklife Program at Harvard Law School, and a consultant. He earned an undergraduate degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Yale.
