ETEC’s Industry Capability Showcase – Information Technology Innovation

ETEC member companies are invited to showcase their capabilities at an event held specifically for their industry. This event will feature companies in the information technology (IT) sector.

Purpose:
Give ETEC Members the opportunity to:

• Learn more about each other and make new contacts in the industry
• Build relationships promoting a business-to-business atmosphere
• Present options for future teaming on proposals
• Give entities like DOE and the Small Business Administration (SBA) a source for future contractors and suppliers
• Show current contractors and their sub-contractors options for doing business within the region

Audience:
Invited to attend the event will be ETEC members, DOE and contractor small business office representatives, SBA representatives, and the general business community. Those ETEC members in the IT industry are invited to present.

Details:
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 6, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the UT Outreach Center in Oak Ridge, where the Friday morning ETEC meetings are held.

All industries are welcome to attend. Only companies with an IT capability will be presenting. Because this is a connecting event it will be held in-person only and may be recorded. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Ways to Participate:

• Attend: All ETEC members, DOE, SBA, contractors, and the business community are welcome
• "Sold-out" Present: 10-minute presentation or product demonstration. An ETEC IT member company representative has 10 minutes to demonstrate a product or go into more detail about their services. This can include up to 5 slides.
  
• "Sold-out" Exhibit: An ETEC IT member company can reserve a table. These will be placed around the sides and back of the room for networking. There will be up to 10 tables available. (See below for more details.)
