The Knoxville Chamber and presenting sponsor Bank of America will play host to hundreds of young professionals and emerging leaders from across the region at the 2024 Endeavor Summit, to be held on October 3 at Bridgewater Place. 

Topics for this year’s Summit include leadership, intergenerational workplaces, and the future of Knoxville. The full-day agenda also includes a keynote panel of young leaders, as well as a grant giveaway where a percentage of ticket sales will be donated back to community nonprofits. 

Talent retention is a pivotal component to the Knoxville area business ecosystem development. The Endeavor Summit brings area young professionals together to highlight everything our community has to offer and builds a cohort of peers that can grow professionally together.
