Nationally, we are experiencing a crisis in child care. In Knoxville, working parents can't find suitable child care solutions outside of traditional school. The Knoxville Chamber and United Way of Greater Knoxville are committed to advocating for child care issues. They want to provide employers with information and support that will allow them to help, and keep, their working parents.

Experts panlists have been invited to come together and share how businesses in our community can:

• advocate at the local and state level for child care issues
• support their working parent employees
• and hear from companies who have successfully implemented innovative childcare solutions
