Join the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and ETEBA for a training and happy Hour. Sponsored by Womble Bond Dickinson the event will take place on November 14 at Calhoun's on the River in Knoxville.

• Small Business and 8(a) Contracting After the Eastern District of Tennessee’s Ultima Decision (1 hour)
• Joint Venturing and Teaming for New Business Opportunities (1 hour)

Training: 3:15 – 5:30 PM, 2 CPE/CLP

Happy Hour: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
