For over 50 years, Lawler-Wood has developed and managed real estate projects for its own portfolio and for third parties ranging in size from a few million to over $500 million. Lawler-Wood financed, developed and operates the Jack Case Center and New Hope Center at the Y-12 National Security Complex and the John C. Drummond Center at the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas. Though an affiliate, Lawler-Wood developed and manages the Emergency Response Training Facility within the Oak Ridge Enhanced Technology and Training Facility.
