SIDE Partnership LLC is a woman-owned small business based near Chattanooga. We support owners, utilities, national labs, and EPCs with project cost estimating, project controls, and nuclear staffing/augmentation. We’ve supported programs across the Southeast and understand the day-to-day needs of industrial and nuclear sites.

ReadyGoNuke is a workforce effort we created to help people step into nuclear careers. It combines free, basic online learning with a focused job board so candidates can learn the fundamentals and find openings in one place. Employers get applicants who have done the homework and are ready to contribute.

Together, SIDE Partnership and ReadyGoNuke connects companies and people. We’re glad to join ETEC and look forward to working with others who are building Tennessee's and the United State's nuclear future.
