The East Tennessee Economic Council is currently accepting nominations for the Muddy Boot Award and the Postma Young Professional Medal. Please visit the linked pages dedicated to each of these awards to view objectives, criteria, and a list of past winners. Nominations are now OPEN until October 13, 2023. The awards will be presented at the ETEC 2023 Annual Meeting in early December. Please contact us with any questions.

Nomination submissions for the Muddy Boot and Postma Medal should include:

1. A letter to the selection committee containing specific reasons for the nomination. (Multiple letters are not necessary).
2. The nominee’s resume and/or bio.
