ETEC members meet each Friday morning from 7:30am-8:30am. This meeting is open to all members and their guests.
We welcome our members and guests to attend the ETEC meetings in person. It is the best way to connect, or re-connect, with friends, colleagues, and potential business opportunities.

Hancen Sale is the Government Affairs and Policy Director for the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (KAAR), a trade association representing more than 6,000 members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries across 12 counties in East Tennessee. In this role, Sale serves as the chief advisor on public policy issues impacting the real estate industry and leads the association’s housing and economic research.
Prior to KAAR, Hancen worked as a research assistant at the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy, contributing to the Center’s state and federally-funded research with the National Science Foundation and the University of Tennessee’s Coronavirus-19 Outbreak Response Experts. In 2019, he served as a research assistant to Dr. Marianne Wanamaker and White House’s American Workforce Policy Advisory Board.
