ETEC’s Tennessee Nuclear and Innovative 
Energy Day on the Hill

You’re invited to an event in Nashville highlighting Tennessee’s leadership 
in nuclear and innovative energy.

The 2nd Annual Tennessee Nuclear and Innovative Energy Day on the Hill will 
bring together lawmakers and energy industry professionals to highlight the Oak 
Ridge Corridor’s contributions to nuclear energy and innovative technologies.

Register your company to exhibit or simply attend to interact with legislators and fellow industry leaders to showcase the groundbreaking energy-related work happening in our region.

Purpose:

The Nuclear and Innovative Energy Day on the Hill will provide a forum for education, networking, and advocacy to promote the region’s leadership in the nuclear and energy innovation sectors. 

Facilitating direct interaction between industry leaders and legislators helps ensure the needs of the sector are well-represented and understood, driving both policy and investment decisions that support future growth.

Ways to Participate:

Exhibit:

• 21 exhibitor spaces available in 2 conference rooms on the 8th Floor in the Cordell Hull Building (Rooms 800 C & 800 D). 
• Exhibitor registration is first-come, first-served, so reserve your spot early to secure your place at the event.
• Exhibit space will consist of one 6 'x 2' table and two chairs, with room for one pop-up banner.
• Due to space constraints and low ceilings the room cannot accommodate large displays.
• There is no charge to exhibit.

Attend: 

• This event is open to all interested parties who wish to learn about and engage with Tennessee’s leadership about nuclear and innovative energy.
• Drop by anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (CST) to network with exhibitors and engage with legislators.
• Legislators are invited to visit the Nuclear and Innovative Energy Day on the Hill to meet with energy professionals and learn about Oak Ridge's contributions to nuclear energy and innovation.
• There is no charge to attend.

Event Schedule (CST & EST timing):

•   7:00 a.m. CST / 8:00 a.m. EST – Arrival & Exhibitor Set-Up
•   8:00 a.m. CST / 9:00 a.m. EST – Event Starts
• 12:00 p.m. CST / 1:00 p.m. EST – Event Ends & Exhibitor Tear Down

Food & Refreshments:

• Grab and Go Breakfast: Enjoy a variety of breakfast options as the event kicks off.
• Mid-Morning Snacks: Light snacks will be provided to keep you energized throughout the event.
