Meridian Services Group, a planning and project management company, was formed in early 2021 by combining Work Management with the commercial business of High Bridge Associates. Meridian has supported clients on six continents with project consulting, project management, staff augmentation, conceptual engineering, and estimating for Nuclear, Fossil, Fusion, and Science energy projects. It has extensive experience supporting new nuclear power (NNP) and other large first-of-a-kind (FOAK) projects in the private and government sectors. Meridian brings strategic insights regarding industry project management lessons learned to assist stakeholders with planning, organizing, and executing NNP and other complex FOAK projects.
