Mesa's technical staff have extensive experience with the engineering change (DCN) process and preparation of DCN packages to support modifications to plant structures, systems and components. Our team has experience with a wide range of plant modifications at various plants, and understands the technical and documentation requirements associated with EC package preparation and issue. Mesa also has experience preparing engineering calculations in support of design projects. We are very familiar with the level of rigor and documentation requirements associated with calculations, and have performed numerous analyses for plants and facilities throughout the valley. Our experience and capabilities encompasses all aspects of project engineering and design, including feasibility studies, project planning, site surveys, conceptual design, budget and cost estimate development, detailed design, design change package preparation, procurement planning, bid evaluation, shop drawing review/approval, acceptance testing, field engineering/support, commissioning, start-up, and turnover. Since our founding in 1988, providing attention to detail and designs consistent with the customer’s methods have proven key to our continued growth. Over 90 percent of our sales are in the electric utility industry with 97 percent of the revenue generated from repeat customers.
